Pixlr-o-matic

recently i've been wanting to use Instagram [because all my friends use it] but it's only available for iPhone and Android users.

i don't have money or anything to buy a new phone just to use that application!

so i tried to find something that has same function like Instagram.

After googling all day, finally i found one.... and it's a real good one! and FREE too...
